"if I could give Richard more stars I would no I'm still going to give him more stars. he explained different options that would suit the individual and their needs in pocket. he was very patient with me he gave me more than what I expected and I'm just so thrilled about it I couldn't ask for anything better. I'm telling you what he's amazing. he treats you like your family even before you become part of the State farm family. it's comforting to know that when you're trying to decide what insurance company to go with because of the cost, and I'm a senior.
