"I just have to say, I had progressive before and a bunch of other insurances in my time but never have I experienced the company actually decreasing my payments! Like with progressive they constantly blamed it on inflation and just the general cost increases and it got frustrating but as a naive person I believed them and trusted them cause they are the company that looks out best for me. "I was recently forced to call my insurance regarding a claim. I generally dread these calls because they tend to take a long time and involve multiple transfers, necessitating me having to repeat myself several times. So I got a coffee and figured I would be on the phone for at least an hour. I was very blessed that my call was answered by “Emmy,” who not only handled my business rapidly and efficiently, but was able to answer questions about all of my policies. I ended up shifting a couple other policies (life, etc.,) over to State Farm entirely based on the exceptional customer service I received by this Agent. While it is very true that customer service has dramatically declined in the past decade across all industries, it is alive and well at Richard Moore State Farm. I even saved money! This “VIP” type treatment that I received is reminiscent of what used to be expected a couple decades ago but has disappeared in 2025. If you want to save money AND be treated like a valuable customer, I highly recommend this agency!"

"Xavier was very on top of everything that he said he knew every answer to every question that I had he was very personable had a sense of humor he actually had a sense of humor and was kidding around with me he filled me in on a lot more information that I didn't even think to ask very very good people skills and very nice to speak to especially coming from the insurance company that I just came from where everyone was very rude and nobody spoke English basically very broken English couldn't really understand anyone so it was nice to speak to someone that I could hear and also that spoke you know English all the way not broken English so that didn't help a lot as well and I wasn't so filled with anxiety from not being able to hear the person that I'm talking to you on the phone so that made a big difference definitely a keeper definitely keep him he is a very good salesman and he did great thank you very much and that's all I got to say thank you"
